Account/Profile: Username, email/phone, bio, photo, color, location (city/state for posting).
Content: Audio posts, comments, auto-generated transcripts (censored for sensitive words), likes, follows, reports.
Auction & Marketplace Data: Auction listings, bids, buy-it-now purchases, seller/buyer information, and payout details.
Bank & Payment Information: When you add a bank account for receiving payouts (as a seller), we collect routing number, account number, and bank ownership details through Stripe. We do not store full bank account numbers ourselves — this is securely handled and tokenized by Stripe via Financial Connections or micro-deposits.
Usage: IP/device info, interactions (views, plays, bids), location (geo from posts for feeds).
Payments: Stripe data (card info and bank account info not stored by us) for purchases and seller payouts.
Other: Cookies (for sessions/ads), 2FA logs, VPN detection.
No collection from under-13s.
Provide Service: Host posts, generate feeds, censor transcripts, send notifications, process bids, manage auctions, and facilitate seller payouts.
Bank Verification & Payouts: Verify ownership of bank accounts using Stripe’s instant verification (Financial Connections) or micro-deposits so sellers can receive proceeds from sold items quickly and securely.
Improve: Analyze trends (e.g., popular categories), train moderation AI on anonymized transcripts.
Personalize: Suggest follows/categories based on rants/likes; location for local feeds.
Security: Detect fraud/VPNs, enforce bans, and prevent fraudulent payouts.
Legal: Comply with laws, process payments.
Audio: Stored securely; transcripts used for search/personalization (not sold).
Public: Posts/comments and auction listings visible per your settings.
Users: Interactions (likes, replies, bids) shared in feeds.
Third Parties: Stripe (for payments, bank verification, and payouts), cloud providers (storage), analytics (anonymized). We do not sell personal data.
Legal: If required (e.g., subpoenas), or for safety (abuse reports).
No sharing with advertisers beyond aggregated stats.
Essential: Sessions, security.
Analytics: Usage (Google Analytics optional—opt-out via settings).
Manage via browser; we use for ads personalization.
Encryption (HTTPS, DB), access controls, regular audits. Bank and payment data is handled securely by Stripe. Audio/files stored with redundancy.
Breaches: We'll notify affected users per law.
Retention: Posts and auctions indefinite (delete on request); logs 90 days; verified bank details retained as long as needed for payouts.
Access/Delete: Via settings or support@voxzly.com (e.g., delete account erases Content and auction data).
Opt-Out: Hide posts, disable location, unsubscribe emails, or request removal of bank verification data (subject to active payout obligations).
CCPA/GDPR: California residents—opt-out of "sales" (we don't sell); EU—right to portability/erasure. Contact for requests.
Children: No intentional collection; report COPPA issues.
US-based; EU data to US via standard clauses.
